House Rules & Code of Conduct

At Nylon House, safety and respect are paramount.

Whether you're renting the studio privately, attending a play party, or participating in an educational session, failure to adhere to our House Rules & Code of Conduct may lead to removal or suspension.

Please privately report any instances of poor behavior by filling out an Incident Report.

General Rules + Safety

Age Restrictions

  • Entrance to the Nylon House studio for educational events and private play is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. For events where alcohol is present, only adults aged 21 and older are permitted to attend. Please ensure you have a valid ID, as it will be checked upon entry.

Drug Policy

  • At Nylon House, we strictly prohibit the use, possession, and sale of drugs of any kind, as well as any involvement in prostitution.

Injury + Liability

  • Please note that as the member checking in or party leader, you assume responsibility for any injuries sustained by guests during their stay in the Nylon House loft, whether caused by your actions or the actions of individuals under your supervision.

  • If you're not familiar or comfortable with any of the props displayed, we encourage you to hire one of our in-house coaches who can provide expert guidance and instruction.

  • Nylon House holds no responsibility for injuries sustained by guests or visitors during their visit to the Nylon House Miami studio, whether caused by your actions or the actions of individuals under your supervision.

  • Nylon House does not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to items brought in by guests during their visit to the Nylon House studio.

Respecting The Space

Discretion

  • Please be mindful that the Nylon House Loft is located in a live/work condominium.

  • Minimize loud noises such as yelling, screaming, and loud groaning. Use noise-dampening curtains when using the space, especially near the front door. Refrain from explicit or sensitive conversations near the entrance; once inside the main studio, feel free to speak openly.

  • Guests must arrive dressed appropriately, avoiding fetish or kink gear. When greeting guests at the studio entrance, do so quietly and discreetly. Wear the provided black robe and stand behind the front door if dressed conspicuously. Refrain from engaging with neighbors.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the studio. A designated smoking area is available on the roof. Please ensure appropriate attire when moving around the property. Tampering with the smoke alarm or smoking indoors will result in a $200 fee.

Shoe Policy

  • Kindly remove your outside shoes in the foyer before entering the main space. Please also take care to avoid puncturing any upholstery with high heels, as you will be charged for any necessary reupholstering.

Fire + Wax Play

  • Open fires are strictly prohibited. Burning candles is permitted, but playing with candles is not allowed. A cleaning fee of $75 will be applied if wax from candles needs to be removed.

Borrowing props

  • Do not take any equipment out of the studio without permission.

Maintaining Cleanliness

  • Please be mindful of transferring body fluids, lubricants, lotions, oils, and wax onto surfaces around the studio. We provide designated black towels, fluid-proof blankets, and puppy pads to place underneath naked bodies, dirty toys, and during fluid/mess play to protect the space. Avoid having naked bodies directly on the floor, rugs, furniture, or other surfaces.

Respecting Each Other

Enthusiastic Consent

  • Nylon House mandates enthusiastic consent when interacting with new partners. Consent for touch and conversations must be explicitly confirmed before engaging.

Inappropriate Behavior

  • Nylon House maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, which encompasses non-consensual contact, displaying harmful, divisive, or hateful behavior, contributing to others feeling unsafe, or becoming overly intoxicated during live events.

Judgement

  • Respect others' sexual preferences and choices. Sexuality is diverse, and exploration comes in many forms. Avoid judging others for how they express themselves sexually.

Racism + Discrimination

  • Nylon House advocates for diversity and inclusion. Members and guests using hurtful language or engaging in practices that are racist, homophobic, transphobic, ageist, body shaming, whorephobic, or xenophobic may receive warnings, removal, or suspension from our community.

Privacy + Discretion

  • Do not take or share any photos and/or videos of others in the space without their explicit consent.

Kink Education Code of Conduct (KECC)

Nylon House strives to adhere to the Kink Educators and Producers Code of Conduct.
